Bellingham air turns unhealthy as winds blow North Cascades wildfire smoke west

Because of strong winds from the east, smoke from the Chilliwack Complex fire in the North Cascades is settling over Bellingham and the surrounding area. Meanwhile, Snohomish County air quality is improving as onshore flow pushes smoke from the Bolt Creek fire to the east.
