‘Fast & furious’ unwelcome in Kirkland: New tech to crack down on noisy racers.

Kirkland is partnering with Seattle-based Cithaeron to add noise meters and video cameras at certain intersections. It’s a pilot program approved by the Washington State Transportation Commission to see if the tech is suitable for law enforcement, specifically to crack down on street racing and noisy, modified cars.
