In a 6-3 decision on ideological lines, the justices said presidents enjoy absolute immunity for their ‘official acts’ while in office. In a scathing dissent, liberal wing said the court has turned the president into a king, untouchable for most of the things he does while in power. We’ll take a look at the decision.
