Did Seattle ‘aid and abet’ lawlessness during CHOP? Federal appeals judges push back against city’s defense

Judges with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals pushed back against the city’s claim it had not created a personalized danger to 19-year-old Lorenzo Anderson. One judge said the city had aided and abetted lawlessness and followed a policy of ‘deliberate indifference.’ Click play to hear Corwin Haeck’s report.
