(SNOHOMISH) Later today, we could learn the names of the four people killed after a small plane went down Friday near Snohomish.
The Cessna Grand Caravan went down in a field just south of Snohomish after witnesses say they heard a loud noise, then noticed the plane losing parts before is headed straight down.
Raisbech Engineering, a company that modifies planes, had leased this particular plane for a test flight. According to the company, it had not undergone any work prior to the flight.
The Tukwila-based company confirms two test pilots, a flight test director, and an instrumentation engineer were on board collecting baseline data before the plane was to be modified.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiners office says they might make those names public as early as today.
An investigation as to what brought the plane down is ongoing.
