(OLYMPIA) While the federal distribution of free COVID-19 at-home test kits has ended, there’s still time to take advantage of the program sponsored by the stater of Washington.
And as they say, timing is everything.
Under the program rules, each address in the state is allowed to request up to 10 free test kits a month.
It’s still November, so you could order kits today, and then at the end of the week, you can also order December’s supply. The state health department has already announced it may discontinue to free test offer at the end of the year.
With COVID numbers starting to rise, the agency could also extend the offer.
