Northwest Newsradio Anchor
Taylor joined Northwest Newsradio in 2013 as an anchor and has since added editing, reporting, and sports to the mix.
Taylor coordinated and anchored news coverage of some of the biggest stories of the last decade, including the deadly Oso Landslide in 2014, the historic 2016 and 2020 Elections, and the 2017 Amtrak train disaster. He was live on-air with reporters from ABC News and the Washington Post as the US Capitol was breached on January 6th, 2021.
Born and raised in Issaquah, Taylor studied broadcast news and history at WSU. He’s lucky enough to spend every day working alongside his dad, Rick. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys time near the water with his wife and young daughter, making music, woodworking, and restoring antique hand tools with his black lab by his side.
